Located at the top of the resort, backing onto crown land, very close to the upper Swimming Pool & Hot tub. The cottage has unobstructed views up and down Lake Okanagan, sleeps six to eight. No pets allowed. Please check out the video lower down this page of the stunning views.

Good sized side deck with access to lawn area, furthermore the rear deck entry is only a couple of steps high so suitable for most people.
Located in a beautiful resort destination the property is fully equipped with three bedrooms as follows:- Ground floor queen bedroom, upper floor queen bedroom & loft style open plan bedroom (double sofa bed).
The main floor accommodation comprises of fully fitted kitchen, dining, lounge area, bedroom with queen bed, laundry, full bathroom.
On the upper floor is the open plan loft bedroom with queen sized sofa-bed, master bedroom with queen size bed & full bathroom.
A good size ground floor deck with full lake views has propane BBQ, table & chairs, access to secluded rear lawn area.
The cottage is strictly non-smoking & does not allow pets.
Basic supplies are provided for your arrival day (toilet tissue, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc) but guests should bring additional supplies for their stay.
Rates from $200 per night off peak to $295 per night – $1,900 per week in peak summer, housekeeping fee & GST are additional, please contact us with details of your requirements for a quotation.

Great base for exploring the area and ‘get-away’.

Our family has stayed at this property five times over the past 10 years. The repeat visits tell the story. We stayed here twice (two nights each time) with grandchildren enroute to other destinations; we stayed with another couple for several nights; we stayed with adult family members for a week to explore the area and attend a family reunion in Kelowna and we have stayed for several nights on our own. We always found the property to be clean, well maintained and stocked with the necessities along with the amenities that suited our lifestyle. It is particularly convenient for swimming, both in the lake and the pools, and there are some great hikes nearby – both from the property and the adjacent Fintry Provincial Park. We have no reservations in recommending this property to family, friends and strangers. We have had no reason to call on ‘customer service’ while staying here.

A Beautiful Spot

We came up last September which is a beautiful time to come to the Okanagan. The orchards were full of fruit & the wine festival was on. The cottage is nicely placed between Kelowna & Vernon on a quiet road & had all the amenities we needed; the towels were on the racks & the cutlery in the drawers. The beds were very comfortable & it was a quiet sleep at night. The view is beautiful but we enjoyed the access to the Crown Land behind the property; lots of trails for hiking.

A Great Family Stay!

Our family enjoy staying at LaCasa every year. We love how your cottage is always clean and well equipped. Outdoor BBQ is perfect for summer! Our kids enjoy the outdoor pool everyday because the pool is just 5 or so houses away from the cottage. So convenient! We also like to try our luck down at the lake fishing. We caught few different kinds of fish, but no trout, yet. Maybe next year?? 🙂 LaCasa is very family friendly place with pools, mini-golf, tennis courts etc, so we have a lot to do, but close enough to Kelowna and Vernon for shopping and restaurants. We recommend staying at this cottage for anyone!!
