Overview of standard terms and conditions for vacation rentals:-
All payments & refunds will be processed via e-transfer.
1. Payment & Cancellation policy:
a. 50% of rental amount due at time of booking.
b. Remainder including damage deposit due 30 days before arrival.
c. Cancellation Policy: 61 days + prior to arrival = 75% Refund, 31-60 days prior to arrival = 50% Refund, 30 days or less prior to arrival = Nil Refund. Any cancelled dates which we are able to rent out to others will also be refunded (the refunded rate may be less if needed to secure a booking).
d. Payments to be made by E-Transfers to be received by Owner’s Agent by above due dates.
2. Deposit: A damage deposit of $500.00 is due with the final booking payment, this will be refunded within 1 week of departure (usually within two days) if no damage is found to property or contents.
3. La Casa is a gated community with a Strata, their site rules & requirements for registering guests & vehicles must be adhered to, we will send this information for completion at the time of booking.
